35pd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

Section 1

Eligibility to Use 35pd

The following eligibility requirements apply to all users of the 35pd platform. Failure to meet any of these requirements renders your use of the platform unauthorised.

• Minimum Age:You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any feature of the 35pd platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 35pd reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to close accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to persons aged 21 or older.
• Single Account:Each individual may hold only one 35pd account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under another identity — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate Information:You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering your 35pd account, including your full name, date of birth, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Jurisdictional Restrictions:35pd services are intended for use by eligible players in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 35pd platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 35pd does not represent or warrant that its services are available or appropriate in all locations.

Section 2

Account Registration and Management

The following terms govern the creation and ongoing use of your 35pd account.

• Account Security:You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35pd login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 35pd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Verification (KYC):35pd reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including government-issued photo ID and proof of address) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested may have their withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed satisfactorily.
• Account Suspension:35pd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or failure to complete required verification. Where an account is closed due to a material breach, any balance may be forfeited.
• Account Closure by Player:You may request the closure of your 35pd account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the 35pd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Accepted Payment Methods:35pd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time. The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no minimum balance requirement for maintaining an account.
• Deposit Processing:Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 35pd account within seconds of confirmation. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes of a completed mobile money transaction, you should contact 35pd support with your transaction reference number. 35pd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal Processing:Withdrawal requests are processed promptly by 35pd, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. 35pd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.
• Currency and Fees:All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. 35pd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges, for which 35pd bears no responsibility.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

35pd may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. The following terms apply to all 35pd bonuses and promotions.

• Wagering Requirements:All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms, which are published on the 35pd Bonus page at the time the promotion is active.
• Bonus Eligibility:Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per payment method. 35pd reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer and to withhold or cancel bonuses where abuse or misuse of the promotional system is suspected.
• Bonus Expiry:All bonuses and associated free spins are subject to expiry periods stated in the individual promotion terms. Any bonus balance or free spin allocation that has not been used by the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account. 35pd is not obliged to provide notice before a bonus expires.
• Promotion Modification:35pd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotion terms that materially affect a player who has already claimed the offer will be communicated to affected players directly where practicable.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35pd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent Activity:You must not engage in, facilitate, or attempt any fraudulent activity on the 35pd platform, including but not limited to: using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; or using automated software (bots) to place wagers.
• Bonus Abuse:You must not attempt to abuse the 35pd promotional system, including by opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, by using the platform primarily to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, or by any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
• Money Laundering:The 35pd platform must not be used for money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity. 35pd complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and to freeze or close accounts where such activity is suspected.
• Underage Use:Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your 35pd account, or registering an account on behalf of a person under 21, is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. 35pd takes underage gambling prevention seriously and uses age verification procedures to uphold this obligation.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35pd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical faults, interruption of service, or third-party system failures; loss of data; or any indirect financial loss arising from your use of or inability to use the 35pd platform. 35pd's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your 35pd account at the time the claim arises.

35pd makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the requirements necessary to use the platform.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the 35pd platform — including but not limited to: the 35pd brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, audio, video, and game content — is the property of 35pd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post, transmit, or otherwise exploit any 35pd content without express written permission from 35pd.

Section 9

Amendments to These Terms

35pd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 35pd will notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the platform or by direct communication to the registered mobile number or email address on file. Your continued use of the 35pd platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure at any time.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 35pd platform that cannot be resolved informally through 35pd's customer support process should be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
